Kelly Kozakevich

With a rare mix of casting room experience, development expertise, technical knowledge, and true actor empathy, Kelly Kozakevich is a collaborative, supportive coach who helps performers elevate their auditions and deliver confident, compelling self-tapes—without losing the joy in the process.

Kelly has extensive experience working inside casting offices, top training studios, and audition rooms in New York, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. She has been a sought-after reader for major casting offices including ABC and Barden/Schnee, giving her a clear understanding of what resonates in the room & on camera.

As an actor, Kelly has trained extensively in New York & LA, and has completed the full Upright Citizens Brigade Improv Program, including the highly distinguished Academy Level. Kelly is a dedicated Film Lab member at Kot Creative Studios. Select on-camera credits include Hulu’s Grown-ish, FOX’s Animal Control, and Investigation Discovery’s Emmy-winning series A Crime to Remember.

Kelly is also a go-to self-tape coach and reader for productions involving performers under 18, including ABC’s pilot season. Having worked closely with one of LA's leading on-camera training studios, she approaches coaching with a sharp eye for framing, pacing, specificity, and strong choices that read authentically on screen.
